How do I create an account on Levi.co.id if I’m not a member of Levis® VIP Club?
Creating your Levi's® account is simple, just click here to register. Enter your phone number and enter the OTP sent via SMS, then fill in your personal information.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, you can click "Forgot password" and enter your registered phone number at Levi.co.id.
How do I make changes to my account information?
You can only change your email address on your profile account. To change your profile information other than email, please contact our customer service via email. Your points will be accumulated from transactions with your registered phone number at Levi's® VIP Club.
Can I add or delete my shipping or billing address?
Yes you can. If you’ve created an account then signed in, you can click ‘Shipping Addresses’ under ‘My Account’. From there, you can add, edit, or remove your saved addresses. Click ‘ADD A NEW ADDRESS’ to add a new address. To edit a saved address, click on ‘Edit’. And click the ‘REMOVE’ button to remove a saved address.
